Our night time care service covers 3 main areas:

Mobile Night Care.

This is when one or two cares visit you in your home between the hours of 10 pm to 7 am to make sure you feel supported and comfortable. This can take the form of more than one visit per night depending on your needs. This service can be put in place as an alternative to having a carer present throughout whole  the night.  Mobile Night Care is a unique service that we offer, providing a night time care service to help people remain independent in their homes, reassuring family and friends that their loved ones are being looked after.

Waking Night Care:

This is when a carer is required to sit with you throughout the night making sure that you care needs are met and that you are safe in your own home. This service is from 10 pm to 7 am and can be supported by the mobile night care team.

Sleeping Night Care

This is when you dependency is not so high but you need someone to stay in your home overnight for your peace of mind. This service is also between the hours of 10 pm to 7 am but will be regularly assessed to ensure your ongoing care needs are met.

Our night time services offer

  • Continence care
